Been having fun with our new DLP SLA Resin printer this week. Its challenging work, but immensely rewarding to see the results! Sample is printed at a layer height of 35 micron (it can go even finer than that - right down to 25 micron) making it perfect for jewellery and other items requiring super fine detail.

Something a bit different... started building retro arcade machines! Built one for the studio and it is seeing plenty of action. Everyone over a certain age gets excited by these :) Uses a mini computer (Raspberry Pi) as the main board, along with an old monitor, 16 buttons, a couple of joysticks, a few metres of wiring and a couple of sheets of MDF. Will be finished with an airbrushed space scene decal down the sides when I get chance...

Been 3D printing in a wood composite material recently. Fills the studio with a nice woody aroma when printing, plus it can be sanded and stained just like wood. The finished product looks pretty neat too. Bonus points for the name of the serious-looking guy in the pic...
