A few years back I (Sarah) went to see Tony Robbins live in Sydney.
And one of the biggest things I took away from the weekend?
How often he and his team said the same handful of things over and over, across the entire three days.
Different stories and angles wrapped around them each time, but the core messages never changed.
The man found his favourite points and really RODE them hard.
It’s stuck with me ever since. Along with the fire walk, which is still crazy and epic to think about. But it’s the repetition that really did it. He wasn’t precious about saying the same thing twice. Or ten times.
Did it make me love him any less? No. Did I get sick of hearing it? Also no. Say what you want, I’m a big fan 😝
So many business owners we speak with are TERRIFIED of repeating themselves. Convinced their audience will get bored. Meanwhile your audience isn’t hanging on your every word the way you think (Sorry 🥲)
They need to hear something a few times before it lands.
So the content you’re hunting for probably already exists. Just say the thing you’ve already said. Or maybe the thing you haven’t. Then say it again.
Your audience will not stage an intervention, we promise.
