We had a call with a founder last week. Six figure MRR, cool product, genuinely great brand.

She opened with: "I don't even know what my marketing is doing anymore."

The business had traction. Revenue was there. The product worked. But she was still carrying every marketing decision in her head, and nothing felt coordinated enough to actually get her where she was trying to go.

She was working really hard. She didn't need to do more.

She needed a more clarity. A better system for her marketing.
