Commendations to the beyond exceptional service.
That night I had trouble falling asleep (perhaps an overindulgence in wine a dinner 🤭) needless I was craving a chamomile tea to help the matter however there was none in the complimentaries. It was in the early hours so too late for room service so I decided to walk to reception & request a teabag or 2. However along the way I was stopped by a gentleman, clearly busy, offering help. I told him my situation & he head of right away.
Few minutes later he returned with a tray; a cup & saucer and teapot of chamomile. I thanked him for the trouble.

It was in that moment walking back to my suite that stood out to me; that while it certainly had the luxury of any hotel, it is a bespoke experience that certainly knows how draw from the comfort you can only get at home. 🖤
