🚤 WE’RE HIRING — SERVICE & PARTS MANAGER
Melbourne Marine Centre is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Service & Parts Manager to join our team.
This is a key leadership role for someone who understands the marine industry, knows how a workshop should operate, and can confidently manage both customers and technical staff.
🔧 The role will suit someone who can:
• Lead and coordinate our service & parts departments
• Manage and prioritise workshop workflow and technician schedules
• Communicate confidently with customers and manage expectations
• Support and lead technical staff
• Coordinate parts, servicing, repairs and warranty work
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
• Identify issues before they become problems
• Work independently while being part of a growing team
We’re looking for:
✅ Proven marine industry experience
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability
✅ A professional approach to customer service
✅ Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
💰 Remuneration:
A competitive package will be negotiated based on the experience and skills of the successful applicant.
