4 Questions to Ask When Creating Customer Avatars:

1. What is your customer’s biggest aspiration?
2. What is your customer’s biggest pain point?
3. What is your customer’s biggest challenge?
4. What is your customer’s ultimate benefit?

Digging deep when doing this will pay off in spades, it is way more than the basics like demographics.

I like giving my avatars a name and writing to them when creating content and ads.

You really MUST know who you are selling to and the problems they are looking to solve.
