I’m a freelance graphic designer based on the Sunshine Coast and have over 25 years experience designing corporate ID and logos, brochures, advertising and packaging, as well as art directing photography and illustration. Good design does not necessarily cost the earth, I offer competitive rates for my work and always make sure there are no nasty surprises for clients by clearly communicating what

is involved. I’ve been fortunate enough to work around the world as a designer, with each country offering unique opportunities and challenges. Working in the UK, Hong Kong, South Africa and Indonesia, I’ve had to take cultural sensibilites into consideration, produce artwork in a variety of languages and had the pleasure of working with people from diverse backgrounds. It’s certainly never been dull! I won a few awards along the way too, namely -
1992 DMA Bronze Echo Award for Guinness “Signals of Success” campaign
1995 ISP Silver Award for Knorr “Soups of the World” trade promotion
1995 ISP Bronze Award for Tesco Stores “Classic Coffee” brand launch

Of course it’s great to get recognition for your work but I don’t design to win awards, I design to create effective solutions for my clients.
