STATUS UPDATE: at 1:04am our melbourne server decided to have a mental breakdown. Our IT people could not access the server until 7am.

All Services are now restored.

Melbourne Server is down for a few minutes. We are testing a fix to a mysql (database) bug, which if works will stop our clients wordpress sites from crashing every few days.

We have also filled a server issue to the company that makes our control panel software which allow is looking into this issue.
