Energy Policy WA engaged Platform Communications to support the launch of the Charge Up Workplace EV Charging Grants program, an initiative designed to accelerate the uptake of electric vehicle charging infrastructure across Western Australian workplaces.

Today our Business Development Manager and Associate Director Peter Mizen attended the WA Mining Club Luncheon at Optus Stadium, exploring one of the most topical issues in the resources sector – critical minerals and global supply chains.

The discussion centred on Arafura Rare Earths Limited Nolan project and the broader geopolitical and economic forces shaping Australia’s role in the critical minerals market. With increasing focus on supply chain security, government support mechanisms and downstream processing capability, the session highlighted how rapidly policy, investment and industry priorities are evolving.

From offtake agreements and production tax credits through to the role of “significant project” status, it’s clear the sector is entering a new phase, where government and industry are working in tandem to establish resilient supply chains outside of China.
