As our General Manager and PR & Communications Director, Shannon has played a huge role in shaping the agency, leading our team, growing our client partnerships, and helping drive Ardent forward over the past five years.

We're also celebrating Ash's first year with Ardent. In just 12 months, our SEO Director Ash has made a significant impact, helping our partners grow through smart strategy, technical expertise and a relentless focus on results.

A little extra time to reset can go a long way. 🌿

Last Friday, the A-Team took enjoyed a well deserved Health & Wellbeing Day, kicking off an extra long weekend with some well-earned rest and recharge time.

We know that bringing our best to our partners starts with looking after ourselves, so making time to reset is something we genuinely value.

Whether it was walks along the beach with loved ones, watching the sunset in Manly, spending quality time with furry friends 🐾, or getting outdoors to enjoy hobbies like fishing 🎣, everyone took the opportunity to switch off in their own way.

We're excited to welcome Maggie to the Ardent team as our Marketing & Communications Intern for the next few weeks. 🌟

Originally from Pennsylvania, USA, Maggie has just completed her second year at the University of Pittsburgh, where she's studying Marketing alongside certificates in Digital Media and Leadership & Ethics.

Maggie is currently studying abroad in Sydney through the CEA CAPA program as part of Pitt's Global Business Institute, and we're thrilled to be part of her Australian experience.

When she's not studying, you'll find her travelling, at a concert, playing volleyball, or exploring somewhere new.

Last Friday, we gathered for another Ardent Lunch & Learn, with Marlie's (Shannon's favourite) on the menu while she took the team through Pitching & Journo Comms 101.

From building media relationships to understanding what makes a story cut through, the session sparked plenty of discussion, along with a few trips down memory lane revisiting some of Ardent's biggest PR moments.
