POV: Me the entire month of December.

If there’s one thing I’m hearing from everyone right now, it’s this: we are all overwhelmed.

December so far (and what’s still coming) looks a little like this…

✨ School concerts
✨ Dress rehearsals, stage rehearsals
✨ Dance concerts, gymnastics presentations, dance presentations
✨ Remembering teacher gifts
✨ Christmas parties
✨ Catch-ups with friends you’ve been “meaning to see all year”
✨ Christmas food shopping… even though I’m working right up until 4pm on Christmas Eve

Just this morning I had to make an 8.20am mad dash to Best & Less for a Christmas shirt to avoid tears at school drop-off because “everyone else is wearing one!”

It’s a season full of tabs open in our brain, sticky-note reminders, and calendar alerts pretending to keep us organised.

I’ve always LOVED Christmas. My mum made it magical — effortless even. But now, as a mum myself, I have a whole new level of appreciation for the work she put into making every year feel special.

The invisible effort.
The planning.
The emotional labour.
The sheer stamina.

And somehow… she made it look like she wasn’t even breaking a sweat.

So here’s to all of us — the parents, carers, guardians and grown-ups quietly holding it all together this festive season. We’re exhausted… but we’re doing a damn good job.

And P.S. — for the love of all things merry… don’t forget to move the elf.

Thought this looked like a fun trend (one that I'm very late to)….

☠️☠️☠️. This could not be more accurate.

Lil Content Collab update:
Between end-of-year concerts, Christmas shopping, wrapping up client projects, and the start of busy season in my full-time job, this time of year is NEXT LEVEL. I'm already SO tired.

So consider this your friendly heads-up that I’ll be taking a little step back over December & January — still floating around, still your resident hype girl if you need me, but not taking on any major projects until Feb.

I’ll be back then, refreshed(ish), caffeinated, and ready to welcome new clients for 2026. 💛✨

In the meantime… send snacks, encouragement, and maybe a nap.

Well… my head definitely grew a little over the weekend 😅 after receiving this incredible feedback and a special message from Jess at .

I’ll be honest - imposter syndrome still sneaks in from time to time (and I know I’m not the only small business owner who feels that way). But messages like this are such a powerful reminder that you do know what you’re doing - and that the behind-the-scenes effort, late nights, and “just one more tweak” moments really do matter.

“You do soooo much behind the scenes and go above and beyond, which is what sets you apart from the rest.”

That line hit home 💛

Never be afraid to ask for feedback or reviews.
✨ Reviews help your business show up online.
✨ Feedback helps you grow, refine, and make sure you’re moving in the right direction.

If you’ve been meaning to leave a review for a business you love — consider this your friendly reminder that it means so much more than you think 😉

Think about your own shopping habits… 🛍️

Something that came up a lot in conversations at the Health & Wellness Expo was that social media is just one piece of the marketing pie.

You can’t expect someone to see a reel and instantly hand over their card details — because how often do you do that yourself?

When there’s something you want to buy or sign up for, chances are you’ll:
✅ Do your research
✅ Look at the company’s website
✅ Check their socials
✅ Read their reviews

…and only then decide if they’re the right fit for you.

Your customers are doing the exact same thing.

So what does this mean for your business?
It means having:
💻 An up-to-date, visually appealing website
📱 Vibrant socials that show you’re active (hello to me not always following my own advice!)
🤝 A mix of posts — not just sales — that build connection, showcase your expertise, and keep you top of mind when they’re ready to buy.

Remember the Rule of 7 — people often need to see your business up to seven times before they decide to buy. So you can’t rely on one post or one visit to your site to seal the deal.

That’s where I come in. 👋
I help you look at the whole picture — your social strategy, website, email list, Google Business Profile — to make sure everything’s working together and helping your audience build trust with you at every touchpoint.

If you want to chat about how your structure stacks up (and where to tweak it for better results), let’s book a strategy session.

✨ Not me ghosting my own page for over a year!! ✨

I always tell clients how important it is to show up consistently online so people know your business is alive and thriving… and yet here I am, doing the complete opposite 🙃 But when I’m busy dreaming up creative strategies and websites for other amazing businesses, my own page gets left behind.

The good news? I am still here and working away — I’ve been busy behind the scenes working on some incredible projects lately:

✨ Helping fitness professionals sell their online courses and set up membership areas for recurring revenue.
✨ Supporting a local earthmoving contractor to establish their digital presence and training them on how to use social media to attract leads in an ever-crowded market.
✨ Running strategy sessions for tourism-based organisations to sharpen their messaging and stand out online.

Alongside this, I’ve been diving deep into website design — building functional, beautiful sites that my clients can confidently manage themselves after the initial overwhelming build.

As a Squarespace Circle Partner, I focus on creating sites that are clean, modern, and user-friendly. I include 2 & 4 week follow-up reviews to check SEO and analytics so your site doesn’t just look good — it performs well too. I also work with Shopify and WordPress if that’s a better fit for your business.

So whether you’re a service-based business ready for your first website, a retailer selling products online, or a fitness brand building an online course hub — I can help create a digital presence that works hard for you.

📩 Want to chat about how a new website could support your business? Send me a message — I’d love to help!

Five to Thrive: The Foundation to Consistent, Authentic Content!

🌟 In true spontaneous Nat fashion, I decided to launch an Instagram challenge after an idea with a current client snowballed into a full-blown private chat with some amazing ladies. And let me tell you—the vibes are immaculate! ✨

BUT—the heart of the challenge? It’s all based around my spin on content pillars. You’ve probably heard of them before, but basically, these are the key things you talk about consistently. Swipe to see “Five to Thrive” is all about. 👉

This concept is going to be the foundation of everything you do—from the content you create to how you connect with your audience. Why does it matter? 🤔 Because knowing your core themes makes showing up SO much easier. It gives your content consistency, makes it relatable, and gives your audience something real to connect with, so they keep coming back for more!

Bonus tip: If your Five to Thrive resonates with your target audience, you’re golden! 💫

What’s something you love talking about? Let me know in the comments! 👇
