Sometimes, you discover what you were meant to do.

Not because it’s easy.
Not because it makes you the most money.
But because it feels like the work you’re naturally wired for.

The challenge is that once you find it, contentment doesn’t automatically follow.

Many ambitious people still wrestle with the desire to be the best, to stand out, to achieve more, and to keep pushing forward. The pursuit of excellence can be a great motivator, but it can also cast a long shadow if we’re not careful.

Staying grounded while remaining ambitious is a balancing act.

I’ve found that gratitude for the opportunities in front of me is just as important as chasing the opportunities ahead of me.

The goal isn’t always to be better than everyone else.

Sometimes it’s simply to become the best version of yourself and use your talents to serve others well.

Have you found the career or profession you feel you were meant to do?

One thing I've wanted to prove for a long time is that SEO success is not always determined by budget.

Of course, larger budgets create more opportunities.

But if you have:
✅ The right business model
✅ The right business owner
✅ A willingness to execute consistently
✅ Patience to play the long game..you can achieve some impressive results without spending a fortune.

I'm currently wrapping up an SEO campaign that was running at just $1,000 per month.

The results have genuinely exceeded expectations.

And while SEO is absolutely a long-term investment, seeing these early wins reminds me why I fell in love with this industry nearly 20 years ago.

Too often, junior and mid-level SEOs are taught that bigger budgets automatically equal better outcomes.

My experience has been different.

The best campaigns I've worked on over the past two decades have usually had one thing in common:

🕴‍ Great leadership.

😍 A business owner who understands their customers.

🤝 Someone willing to make decisions.

💸 Someone prepared to invest consistently.

☺️ Someone focused on building a better business, not just better rankings.

🪄 SEO is rarely about tricks.

It's usually about helping good businesses become more visible.

After 20 years in SEO, I still get excited when I see a campaign gain momentum.

The algorithms change.
The technology changes.

Now AI is changing the landscape again.

But helping businesses grow never gets old.

What's the smallest SEO budget you've seen produce outstanding results? 👇

One of my clients recently left me a Google review that said:
"To say Andrew is good at his job is to say Michelangelo was just a painter."

Which is probably the most Greek review I've ever received. 🇬🇷

For balance, my wife still asks me to take the bins out, my kids don't care about my SEO case studies, and Google certainly doesn't hand out rankings because someone compared me to Michelangelo.

But I genuinely appreciated the review because it touched on something I care about more than rankings:

Actually giving a damn.

After 20 years in SEO, I've realised clients rarely remember the technical audit, the keyword mapping, the schema markup or the redirect spreadsheet.

They remember:
✅ Did you care?
✅ Did you tell them the truth?
✅ Did you help them make more money?
✅ Did you pick up the phone when things went wrong?

The SEO industry has plenty of smart people.

The differentiator is often caring enough to go a little further than expected.

Anyway, happy Friday everyone.

And to the client who wrote that review...

Michelangelo and I thank you. 🎨😂

The bu****it from sales pitches and seo proposes never ceases to amaze me. After 20 years in the game. The lying in the deceit that comes across to these clients is horrible but often are sucked into the illusion of promised success.

Three years ago, I couldn’t run 1km.

My only goal was to reach 3km and get down to 77kg. That felt like a stretch at the time — nothing more.

But something interesting happened…

I hit 3km — and instead of stopping, I asked: what’s next?
3 became 5.
5 became 10.
And now I’ve hit 14km — something that was never part of the original plan.

That’s when it clicked.

Goal setting isn’t just about the goal — it’s about identity and mindset.

Most people don’t fall short because they’re incapable.
They fall short because they’ve already decided what they can’t do.

The shift is subtle but powerful:

❌ “I can’t do this”
✅ “How can I do this?”

That one question opens everything up.

Progress compounds. Belief compounds.
And suddenly, things that felt impossible become your new baseline.
