Today is World Mental Health Day and the message is “Look After Your Mental Health, Australia.”

It’s a simple call to action for the one in five Australians affected by mental illness and everyone who experiences life’s ups and downs.

Mental Health Australia has come up with ideas to help you check-in with your mental health, look for positives, look out for each other and plan something to look forward to. Backseat Media have created graphics for our screens to share Mental Health Australia's message and tips to share with our audience whilst on their journey this October.
