A referral is by far one of the easiest leads to convert...

Why?

Because that trust has already been built by someone else who YOU have helped.

Part of the reason people are hesitant to buy from you is that they’re not sure if you are capable of getting them results in exchange for their hard earn money.

If you have no referral process set up, you are leaving a lot of potential sales on the table!

To create a solid referral program, you need to incentivise your current client.

For some industries it is difficult and you may only get a few referrals. Some, like gyms, tax agents, products & services that are used regularly and in high demand, you can create a large % of your revenue through these channels.

One of our clients in 2020 alone made over $35k in referrals.

And the bonus...They were being approached by their leads, saving them heaps of time

Take the time each week/month to go through what’s going well in your business. What you’ve achieved. And what you need to adjust.

Too many business owners just bounce from week to week without actually taking the time to evaluate both good and bad.

If you do this for a few months, you will soon be able to turn those bad days around quicker.

For example;

📈 If your sales are up, what has caused this? Better quality leads? More leads? Better sales conversations?

Figure out what’s going well and keep fine tuning and improving that!

📉 If sales are down. Then figure out WHY!!

Sh*tty leads from a poor campaign? Not responding effectively to your leads. Does the time of year effect your sales volume?

Whatever the cause is, spending the time to evaluate and improve this is vital for your long term performance!

Take time every week to go through your previous week, make any adjustments and plan for the week ahead!

If you’re physically going into Facebook to download your leads to then put into a list to call/message/email...STOP.

This is slow in response and heavy on time wasting.

A few clients I’ve recently started work with were doing this.

So I’m going to assume there’s more of you 😊

Solution?

1.Integrate a software to Facebook like mail chimp or active campaign.

2.Create an auto response so as soon as your lead comes in, they get an email.

3.Set up email or phone notifications so you receive info on the new lead to your phone straight away.

Doing this will massively increase responses, interactions and conversions.
