Red Bird Creative We create digital media that at the heart, tells a story. With an open mind to what is possible we thrive in collaborating with storytellers.

Even a simple idea for content creation can be engaging, entertaining or informative for the audience. While 2D animation and sometimes 3D is what we create, we welcome any opportunity to use our imagination. Typically our work is for local business but some projects have involved a national team, and recently one did bring in a Singapore studio. That's slated to be released in early 2021. For a b

usiness they may want to explain a product or service, or get across a message. Still we look for the story. The animation can be simple motion graphics or on occasion require 3D animation. The more creative projects have been music videos. Being able to entertain audiences with our own stories is the dream. We continue on this journey as a storytelling studio. The aspiration is to create our own animated series, beyond that a feature. Naturally there is all the hard work ahead of us. However it wouldn't be a journey otherwise.

What’s tall as a tree? A giraffe! Lizzie will happily describe exactly how tall giraffes are, Carol is keen for another drawing and Blade turns a question into a joke.

Time to draw our first animal! Drawing zebras are fun for Pencilhead because they’re very curvy. And what about the stripes? Well this is a perfect job for Maarli.

Drawing a zebra was a great way to allow the gang to get involved with some fun and laughs. Even the zebra chimes in!

After flying through the moon the gang land in a special type of zoo where the animals live in the open. According to Carol this includes horses wearing pyjamas!

After the gang’s big entrance everyone had great creative ideas on how to showcase an open safari and why it’s so good! Clever writing too made for fun ways to show the characters’ personalities.

Going to the zoo is a wonderful idea! First a few people have some questions then Pencilhead needs to figure out how to get there.

As the gang wakes up they all want to know what the big day is. Someone in particular is excited!

With such a rich and broad range of personalities the Pencilhead gang cooperate to find creative solutions leading to laughs, song, and awesome drawings! Their imagination means anything is possible.

With Pencilhead on guitar... introducing his gang! Not only loving to draw and have adventures, they can sing and play music too!

Aimed at children aged 3-5 years, Pencilhead’s Kids Club is the perfect catalyst for discovering the environment, social interactions, and historical events – all through the perspective of young artists.

The gang on the stage singing were originally created and animated by Jason Sampson then Red Bird Creative had fun incorporating the story.
