Luke is the Managing Director and co-owner of Perth is OK! and Social Meteor, two independent, self-funded Western Australian businesses he has scaled in parallel since 2017.

Perth is OK! is WA's largest independent digital media company, reaching the state's largest under-45 audience with 1.6 million social followers and 115,000 newsletter subscribers -generating more than 195 million social impressions and 11.6 million email opens in 2025 alone - and partnering with brands including McDonald's, Tourism WA and Revo Fitness.

Social Meteor is a social-first marketing agency working with clients such as RAC, Kleenheat and Harvest Road Group.

A self-taught social marketer, Luke leads sales, growth and capability development across both companies, and is a vocal champion of independent media and local talent in WA.

He is a Business News 40under40 winner and a regular speaker and panellist on WA business and media.

Carma met Luke in her first year on the Oasis Ball Committee, where they both sat on the Revenue Squad in 2024.
