🧼 Clean Your Rotary Cutting Mat!

Your cutting mat works hard, so don't forget to give it some TLC! ❤️

🧽 A few simple tips:

✂️ Remove loose threads and fabric fluff
💧 Clean gently according to the mat manufacturer's instructions
☀️ Keep it away from direct heat and sunlight
📏 Store it flat so it doesn't warp

💡 AJY Tip:
A clean, well-cared-for mat helps your fabric lie flat and makes accurate cutting much easier!

✨ Look after your tools and they'll look after your quilting. 🧵💕

✂️ Come trim this quilt with me! 👀

The quilting’s all finished, so now I’m just getting the edges sorted and trimming it back to a ¼" edge.

I’m using my SewTites to help keep everything where I want it while I’m trimming.

It’s one of those jobs that probably looks pretty boring… 😂 but it makes the next step — binding! — so much easier.

So, let’s get stuck into it and see how we go! 🧵
