This combined Certificate III/IV is for those wanting to pursue a career in graphic design/graphic design production industry. You will learn essential skills that enable you to create striking art and layouts for reproduction in print and electronic media. You will create interactive documents, corporate identity and logo design, packaging design, art work for advertising, magazines, newspapers and books.

{WAYZGOOSE 2024} One month to go! It’s our annual one-day event celebrating letterpress and printmaking!

We have a great line up of guest speakers in the morning session including .design . And letterpress and printmaking workshops in the afternoon session including lino cut printing with Dominique Coiffait, and wood type poster printing with Phil Gambrill.

And join us for the opening of the “Retrospective of Sorts” exhibition from 4pm to 6pm after Wayzgoose. Showcasing artwork by past North Metropolitan TAFE NMT Print Communications & Graphic Design Production Letterpress Artists in Residence.

🌟CONGRATULATIONS CHEYNE! 🌟 Cheyne Pearce is the WA Training Awards Trainee of the Year 2020! Cheyne chose to study a Certificate IV in Horticulture at North Metropolitan TAFE to fulfil his passion to make a positive difference to our environment. His hard work and resolve eventually paid off with the offer of a dream job as a trainee at Kings Park and Botanic Garden. Cheyne started his career as an air conditioning and refrigeration technician, but found increasingly that he wanted to pursue his passion for the environment.. and that was the catalyst for a career change.
