Westcare in partnership with Mosaic Community Care presents 'The Possibilities Forum'; an in-person disability sector conversation focused on real world practice and shared learning.

This free event invites disability practitioners, leaders, and experts to explore current sector challenges and changes.

The forum will feature two fireside chats on:
✔️ Navigating Complex Transitions – Hospital to Home (NDIS supports, interim funding, assistive technology and psychosocial complexity)
✔️ Workplace Adjustments to support inclusive employment (supports and funding, collaboration across services, and improving long‑term outcomes)
