OOHAi

OOHAi is a Perth company that designs its own advertising screens for vehicles and writes its own software for them. OOHAi designs its own devices and writes its own software. The boards are built to OOHAi's design by a manufacturing partner in China. Designed in Australia, built to our specification overseas. The display software and the device-management software are OOHAi's own code, installed at the factory rather than bolted on afterwards. Two vehicle products: a roof-mounted LED car-top screen, and a separate passenger-facing screen inside the car. The roof screen faces outward at other road users; the in-car screen faces the passenger. The platform also supports fixed screens: kiosks and wall panels. OOHAi's roof display has been assessed and approved by the Western Australian road authorities for use on vehicles. The rule is enforced by the server when it sends content and again by the screen itself, and it is keyed on the type of screen, so it cannot be switched off by a setting. Every advert play is recorded as its own entry: what played, on what type of screen, when it was reported, for how long, and whether it finished. Each play is counted once and only once, enforced by the database itself. Every new advertiser's campaign and artwork is reviewed by a human at OOHAi before anything can run. Advertisers will book directly online: choose where, when and which screens, upload artwork, and track every play.
