○ Numerous travel and corporate assignments since 1976, including to the USA, Europe, Indonesia and SE Asia including China.
○ Tertiary qualifications in Photography and Teaching.
○ Lectured in Photography and Visual Communication at Griffith University, and owned a corporate video production company (sold in 2009).
○ Director of the digital marketing company SHOWMEDIA PTY LTD. CA

REER HIGHLIGHTS:
○ Shooting Australia for Tourism Australia. Fantastic client and the best national tourism marketer in the world!
○ Working for National Geographic on assignment in Papua New Guinea.
○ Working for Computer Associates (now CA Technologies) on assignment in China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
○ Annual Report photography for Board of BHP (now BHP Billington) and other Australian companies.
○ Working under contract for the Queensland Tourist and Travel Corporation (now Tourism Queensland) for 8 years.
○ First assignment to Port Douglas in 1982. INTERESTED IN:
Working with clients locally and beyond who need strong images for marketing on websites, social media platforms, and need aerial photography using a drone. With respect I'm not interested in:
○ Long Wedding Photography shoots. I love small groups and elopements.
○ Photography of Functions, Formals, School or Sports groups.

I just love capturing the special moments between couples within the tropical backgrounds of Port Douglas. I photograph in many unique locations & consider the optimal time of the day to create the perfect images at that moment.

Jo and Mark recently chose the gardens of the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort as the perfect location for their Port Douglas Wedding. Blue skies, tropical foliage, a stunning five star resort, the iconic Four Mile Beach Port Douglas and of course the friends and family who attended the celebration are part of the memories and images they will keep forever.

Three cameras and a drone were used to capture stills and video of their in one of Australia's .

Beautiful day on Saturday 18.08.18 to take some photos of the Surf Life Saving North Queensland Carnival at Four Mile Beach Port Douglas. Great to see so many people on the beach enjoying the perfect conditions.

Quick trip to the Daintree earlier this week for a Port Douglas and Mossman Gazette story. Photographed an amazing landslide that happened early Monday morning. It's easily seen from Turpentine Road or just driving back towards Cow Bay after Thornton's Beach.
