🌿 One year in business, and it was time for a brand that finally felt like her.

When Susan from Natural Brow Studio came to us, she felt disconnected from her old branding. It no longer reflected her personality, her calming one on one experience, or the way she wanted clients to feel when they walked through the door.

So we stripped it back and rebuilt it with intention.

Earthy, neutral tones.
Soft feminine details.
Minimal, modern styling.
Balanced with bold, confident typography that still feels warm, approachable and feminine, just like Susan herself.

This rebrand wasn’t just about a new logo. It was about creating a brand identity that truly aligns with the experience behind Natural Brow Studio.

Congratulations on your relaunch, Susan, and nearly one year in business. It’s been such a pleasure bringing your vision to life šŸ¤

This isn’t how I thought it would go.

One year ago, I was putting everything I knew onto paper, finishing my qualifications and trying to step into this version of myself as a marketer.

And one year ago, I didn’t think this was possible.

To be real… even four months ago, I didn’t think this was possible.

But here I am, busier than I ever thought I’d be.

This growth phase has been incredible,
but it’s also brought a lot with it.

Things moved quickly, and whilst I’ve been building and refining things for my clients, I haven’t had the same time to do that for myself.

So I’ve been sitting with do I expand,
or do I pull things back and refine what I’ve already built?

The last few months have felt a bit out of balance.
missing my 5am gym sessions (injuries this year haven’t helped) šŸ˜…šŸ˜‚
and replacing early mornings with late nights just trying to keep up 🄱

But I’m realising…what I imagined a year ago,
is now real.

So for now, I’m coming back to my core and focusing on quality over quantity.

Business isn’t linear and neither is the growth that comes with it.

There’s been a mix of ups, downs, pressure, excitement.

But underneath there’s passion and excitement for what I’m building

🧐What does the future of business technology actually look like right now?

Honestly… it’s moving fast.

I went to the Business NSW Tech Summit last week here in Port Macquarie and it really put into perspective how quickly things are changing, especially with AI and tech.

Local businesses are already getting on board and figuring out how to work with it, not against it, which was actually really good to see.

One part that stuck with me though was hearing from the SCAS senior students.
There’s a lot of uncertainty there… real questions around what jobs will even look like in the future.

It definitely hits different when you think about it like that.

Big day, lots to take in.
Huge thanks to Rod and Lauren from for putting it together, and all the speakers who shared some really valuable insights.

From the outside, moments like this probably look polished.

Listening at events.
Networking.
Looking fresh and focused.

But the reality behind building a business is a little different.

When you first start out, you wonder if anyone will book you.

Then suddenly people do… and it feels exciting and terrifying at the same time.

You question things.

Did I grow too fast?
Was this rhe right move?

What people don’t see are the 1am and 2am nights.
The quiet moments of leaning in.

The planning.
The filming.
The editing that takes hours.
Re-editing.
Pre-planning content weeks ahead.
Writing captions.
Scheduling posts.
Making sure every client is looked after.

Marketing is not just ā€œposting on social mediaā€.

It’s strategy, creativity, problem solving and hours of work behind the scenes.

And sometimes when I ask clients for a little extra time, it’s because I’m a perfectionist. I want things done properly, not rushed.

Some days I feel like I’m balancing everything with duct tape, clients, family, health, another business, and trying not to drop the ball.

But I’m also excited. I’m trying my absolute best and learning every day.
(Although if anyone can gift me more hours in the day and a little less need for sleep, that would help.)

I know this is a growth phase.

And I am genuinely grateful for it.

I could have no work.
Instead I have people trusting me with their businesses, and I don’t take that lightly.

So yes, I might look fresh and perky in photos like these, but behind the scenes I’m out here doing my best, learning, growing, and figuring it out just like everyone else.

And I’ve definitely grown quicker than I expected.

For that, I feel incredibly lucky.

šŸ”®āœØWelcoming Bianca, Owner of The Witchy Nook to Think Social.

Bianca is an powerhouse.
Her brand is bold.
And completely her.

Getting to step into her world and help shape the marketing behind it is such an exciting challenge for me.

The Witchy Nook is truly her baby.
Being trusted with something so personal is both a little scary and incredibly motivating.

Bianca has big plans.
And honestly… I have complete faith in her!

She is building something special, and I cannot wait to be part of the journey.

Welcome to Think Social, Bianca.

šŸ–¤ A moment of vulnerability, reflection, and gratitude today

Being included in this Women in Business feature feels like a full circle moment for me. It also comes with deep respect and admiration for the women around me who share the same values, integrity, and belief that we are stronger when we support one another.

The last few years in business and life have taught me some big lessons about growth, resilience, and the people who truly stand beside you.

There have been moments of heartbreak, and times where my confidence and self belief were shattered.

Real moments of imposter syndrome, where I questioned myself more than I ever expected to.

But those seasons shape you.
They teach you who your real people are.

What I’ve learned is that there are incredible women in this community who show up for one another. Women who don’t see each other as competition, but as allies.

From school mums to women in business networks, friends and women in similar industries who chose collaboration over competition, these relationships helped carry me through more than I let on.

Starting .au and building was one of the scariest things I’ve ever done. Pushing past fear and backing myself to build something wasn’t always easy.

But the success of Think Social so far has been bigger than I ever imagined. I’m proud that I trusted what I knew I was capable of, even when I didn’t always see it, but those around me did.

I’m inspired by incredible women wiser than me, and I love seeing younger women stepping into business with courage and ambition.

If there’s one thing I hope my journey shows, it’s that women can be bold, support one another, and rise together, and that integrity is more important than any money or success. One day I hope to be someone younger women can look up to as well.

With International Women’s Day on Sunday, being included in this Women in Business feature is an honour. I’m grateful for the women, friends, family, and community who have stood beside me along the way. Thank you šŸ¤ I am so excited for what the rest of this year will bring.
