Cat's out of the bag. Massive congratulations to David Roberts and Tom Hoskins on being promoted to Group Creative Directors.

Speaking of the promotions, Alex Derwin, said: “Tom and Dave’s exceptional talent, unwavering dedication, and creative leadership has had a profound impact on both the creative output of our business and that of our clients’. They have a proven track record of creating long ideas that shift perceptions, change behaviour, and resonate in culture. They are the definition of true BMF-ers, and I’m thrilled to see them get this much deserved recognition.”

In addition, the Cheeky, Gutsy, and Humble, Josie Fox and Harry Stanford have been promoted to Creative Directors, while Kiah Nicholas, Emily Field, Lisa Down, and Leila Cranswick have been promoted to innovation leads and associate creative directors.

Campaign Brief can reveal that BMF has strengthened its creative department with a series of promotions including Dave Roberts and Tom Hoskins to the role of group creative directors. Hoskins joined BMF as an award-winning creative director in 2021 with a wealth of experience in the industry,

BMF ECD, and cofounder of Only One In The Room (OOITR), Pia Chaudhuri, has been working on an exciting new project, “Destroy This Brief”. Alongside her OOITR cofounders, they seek to increase diversity in advertising and shake up Australia’s creative industry for good. Chaudhuri speaks to Pippa Chambers at The Australian about the launch of OOITR’s newest initiative and the importance of using creativity and smarts to solve our own biggest and most complex challenge – diversity.
