The group spent the week exploring some of New caledonia's Grand Terre’s most iconic regions, immersing themselves in our rich cultural heritage and discovering exciting new products and experiences across the destination.

Our partners did an incredible job bringing New Caledonia to life and giving agents the knowledge, inspiration and confidence to sell the destination with ease.

Seeing New Caledonia through the eyes of passionate travel agents is always special. From turquoise lagoons to Kanak traditions, last week’s famil created genuine connection and excitement. We are already seeing this translate into new bookings, a wonderful sign of growing momentum.

Another important milestone for New Caledonia as we welcomed a selection of New Zealand wholesalers and trade media for a dedicated workshop in destination.

Held in New Caledonia, the workshop was the perfect opportunity for our partners to experience first-hand how the destination is fully back in business.

From product updates to on-the-ground immersion, the visit helped reinforce confidence and excitement around selling New Caledonia to the NZ market.
A big thank you to all attendees for their time, energy and continued support for the destination.

The first episode of Getaway takes viewers straight to the heart of Tahiti, the island that defines the magic of The Islands of Tahiti. From lush peaks and waterfalls to the lively markets of Papeete and those world-famous lagoons, it’s the perfect reminder of why this destination never stops inspiring travellers.
We’re thrilled to see our client Tahiti Tourisme launch this incredible TV feature - the first of several episodes to come - bringing a true taste of island life to Australian audiences.

What a way to close the 2025 season! 🌴✨
We were proud to represent our clients Tahiti Tourisme and New Caledonia Tourism at the Treasures of the South Pacific Roadshow, uniting the region’s leading destinations: Fiji, Samoa, Vanuatu, Tonga, Cook Islands, Niue, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea, Palau, and Norfolk Island, all promoting the South Pacific as one inspiring region.
The roadshow kicked off in Australia before heading to New Zealand, connecting with hundreds of retail travel advisors and wrapping up with the traditional VIP finale in Sydney for our wholesale, airline, and OTA partners.

Another October highlight - the New Caledonia Tourism Relaunch Soirée in Auckland!✨
In partnership with Atout France, we supported our client New Caledonia Tourism for a vibrant evening at the Park Hyatt Auckland, reconnecting with over 60 travel agents, partners, and media.
The event featured a lively marketplace, a dinner inspired by New Caledonian cuisine, and engaging presentations - all designed to reignite enthusiasm for the destination and showcase its renewed energy and readiness to welcome travellers back, just ahead of the relaunch of Air New Zealand’s flights on 1 November.

Still catching up on recent highlights but this one deserves a mention!
In September, we proudly represented our client, Tahiti Tourisme , at Virtuoso On Tour Melbourne (9–10 Sept) at the Melbourne Convention Centre. The event brought together over 230 Virtuoso travel advisors from Australia and New Zealand for two dynamic days of networking and destination updates.
Alongside Air Tahiti Nui, we showcased The Islands of Tahiti’s latest luxury offerings( from new hotels and private villas to cruise experiences) and promoted the Tahiti Specialist Program to top-tier travel advisors.
A fantastic opportunity to strengthen The Islands of Tahiti’s position within the luxury travel space.

We may be a little late with the update (that’s what happens when October runs at full speed), but we couldn’t miss highlighting our time at 2025, where we represented Tahiti Tourisme and New Caledonia Tourism.
The week began with the French Tuesday workshop, organised by Atout France, featuring a press conference and a tour operator session - an excellent chance to share fresh destination updates and reconnect with valued industry partners.
We then moved into Luxperience 2025 on the Atout France Pavilion, meeting with Australian and international travel advisors, building new trade relationships, and showcasing the incredible experiences that make our destinations so special.

☀️ The sun isn’t the only thing shining in New Caledonia this week…

Our mates at the Today Show have brought the weather (and a whole lot of fun) across the ditch to Australia’s closest South Pacific neighbour, New Caledonia.

Day one saw weatherman Tim Davies soaking up the Noumea vibes – think paddleboarding on Anse Vata Beach, snacking on French pastries, cruising in a double-decker bus – all while broadcasting live to Aussies back home.

Next up? Two days in Bourail for the iconic Agricultural Fair. We’re talking whip-cracking, potato peeling, and even a flip-flop throwing contest. (Yes, that’s a thing. Yes, it’s fabulous.)

With live crosses beaming back to Today Show viewers until the end of the week, plus a family trip to New Caledonia up for grabs, it’s the perfect excuse to swap your winter coat for a pair of sunnies.

New Caledonia at The Auckland Food Show 2025! 🇳🇿🌴

What a few days! Over 29,000 food lovers came through the doors of the The Food Show and our stand was buzzing from start to finish.

From warm island welcomes to an epic competition to win a trip for two to New Caledonia, we loved sharing a taste of our tropical neighbour with Auckland. We were also happy to welcome Footprint Pacifique and their innovative Eco Iso bags ♻️ sustainability with a sunny twist.

A big merci to everyone who stopped by to say bonjour. We can’t wait to see you in New Cal!
