We're unbelievably privileged to have the opportunity to work with First Nation's artists and their creative outputs for use across marketing and communications pieces for our clients.

In the case of Pfizer, they worked with Kamilaroi and Jerrinja woman Jasmine Sarin who designed the beautiful artwork.

---------------
Jasmine's insight into the meaning of the artwork:
"The concentric circles symbolise Pfizer as a meeting place, a point of connection with different 'circles' of people interacting. The different colours and shapes within the circles symbolise Pfizer as a diverse and inclusive place. The white lines connecting the round shapes indicate the interconnectedness of different groups, people, businesses and services.

The colourful, patterned shapes in between represent the different lands, peoples and experiences of health care across the nation."

NGNY was engaged to design the RAP document, Posters and an Animation.

A symbolic logo for a bright future

Client: NSW Education Public Schools
Cultural Partners: Liverpool AECG
Creative Director: Lulu Ruttley

Gulyangarri means ‘children’ from the Darug language spoken by the Cabrogal Clan.

Gulyangarri Public School recently unveiled its new logo, which was designed by NGNY and created in consultation with the Liverpool Aboriginal Education Consultative Group (AECG). This meaningful engagement has helped to ensure that the new school is a place of belonging for all - bringing together the old and new and moving towards an exciting future together.

The logo encapsulates the school’s core values and ethos; ambition, courage, kindness, and safety which serve as the cornerstones of the school’s identity.

Principal Ian Tapuska expressed his excitement about the school’s journey, stating:

“Unveiling Gulyangarri Public School’s logo and motto to our community marks an exciting milestone. Being located in the vibrant city of Liverpool, our logo and motto perfectly align with the incredible opportunities this city has to offer. We look forward to opening our doors to students and their families in early 2024 and eagerly await the opportunity to welcome them to a world of possibility in our new school.”

Gulyangarri Public School will not only be a place of learning but also a place of intercultural understanding and connection where the past is respected, and the present is celebrated. The Liverpool community is excited for this new school to be part of their vibrant neighbourhood.
