In the journey of creativity, it's vital to remember - you can't, and shouldn't, work with everyone. The ability to say 'No' is powerful. Why? Every designer, every marketing specialist carries a unique bundle of experience and knowledge.

When choosing your design and marketing team or even your clients, look for common ground. Mutual respect, shared understanding, and similar vibes can fuel the most productive relationships.

I've learned this lesson the hard way, after years of trying to please everyone. So here's my two cents - align with those who share your passion, and watch the magic happen. 🚀

It's about time you got to know the London-based crew behind V Visuals!

First off, there's Gerry, our marketing and PR maven who keeps our and our client's name in the limelight.

Then we have Nas, our backend and IT genius, making sure all systems are purring along perfectly. And of course, we can't forget Bailey, our adorable mascot, who's always ready to brighten up our day.

We also have a special shout-out for Iliya, our architect and 3D whizz. Though he's based in Ukraine and couldn't be with us physically, his exceptional work makes him a vital part of the team. Here's to the hardworking squad that breathes life into V Visuals!

Hey everyone, happy Monday! I think it's about time I properly introduced myself. I'm Viktoria, the one in the driver's seat at V Visuals.

My journey into the world of design started while studying for my bachelor's degree in graphic design here in London, and took a deeper turn when I stepped into marketing and got my further qualification.

Landing a design job as an intern in my first year of university was a fantastic stroke of luck, and it soon became my full-time gig. It kick-started an incredible journey through different roles, from graphic design, social media manager, steering creative teams as a project manager, to playing the marketing game as a marketing executive.

I've always been about learning and experiencing new things. These varied roles not only gave me a well-rounded view of the industry but also lit the spark to start my own agency.

Design for me isn't just a job; it's a part of who I am. Being an artist and illustrator is in my DNA (quite literally my dad is also a designer), and I've turned that childhood passion into a career. It's been an exciting ride so far.

Big thanks to all of you for your support. I'm looking forward to sharing more about myself, the journey I've been on, and the story behind V Visuals. Let's keep the creative vibes flowing! 🤍
