Our fearless leader has reached a major milestone – becoming the first team member to celebrate the ‘porcelain anniversary’ stage of their career at Wellmark (20 years, to be exact).

This is no small achievement. Candice has been part of the agency for almost as long as its 27-year existence – a testament to her resilience, growth and enduring impact.

Across two decades, there have been plenty of laughs, challenges, triumphs and lessons along the way. Since stepping into the role of Managing Director more than three years ago, alongside her long-standing position as Director of Strategy, Candice’s steady leadership has helped guide Wellmark through changing times with confidence and flair.

An all-round powerhouse, Candice’s first professional chapter saw her helping patients as a qualified doctor, graduating with a medical degree from one of Australia’s top universities. Today, she brings that healthcare expertise, complemented by a Master of Marketing, to translating complex client challenges into a clear strategic vision. And she approaches it all with trademark tenacity, perhaps inspired by her proud Irish roots.

Congratulations, Candice, on this remarkable milestone. Twenty years at Wellmark is a powerful reflection of your dedication, leadership and the impact you continue to make.
