A lot of my clients know they need a website, but they’re not totally sure what they’re actually paying for — domain, hosting, email — and who does what.
And honestly, it gets overwhelming fast. Too many logins, too many bills, too many different companies involved, and suddenly “website management” feels like one more expensive headache they don’t have time for.
