Administration services
Project Management.
With project management, I can help you stay on task by completing some of the more menial tasks freeing you to do the bigger things involved with the project. I can remind you of upcoming deadlines and ensure that these deadlines are met.
Bookkeeping.
I can help here by ensuring all bills are paid on time. Generating invoices and follow-up cases of non-payment. Issue refunds as required, pay employees and contractors help prepare quarterly and annual taxes.
Email management.
Management of your email means I can help you save time by replying to the emails that I can or forwarding them to the appropriate team member I can highlight the emails that you need to attend to. This can save you time to do more important things
Travel Assistant
Do you do a lot of traveling for your business? I can help you with this. Researching the best options for airfare car rental and hotel accommodation and anything else needed to make your travel as comfortable as it can be. Arrange airport pick up and drop off. Set up contingency plans in case things fall through. Purchase travel insurance. Set up meeting locations including directions and anything else involved in your business travel.
Data Entry and Managing Database
Data entry is one of my strong points. I can set up a database and keep the data up to date. I can ensure that the database you can easily use when you have to.
Scheduling and Calendar management
Having me help you with managing your calendar and diary means you have time to do more important things. I can set up appointments and meetings, send reminders to contacts and clients, reschedule missed appointments, schedule recurring and one-time events, and confirm your availability
Customer support
I can provide customer service via email and Live chat. Here I can answer common customer service questions, troubleshoot customer problems, handle customer complaints, issue refunds, and proactively reach out to customers to check for satisfaction, I can advise about common complaints that your clients have, and may be able to spot patterns in customer dissatisfaction and report them to you. Included in this I can monitor product and client reviews and online mentions. Ensuring that your brand is protected and well looked after and what you need to do to improve it.
Setting up and maintaining an online e-commerce store
I can set up your online store and keep the stock information up to date. This allows you to focus on moving the stock. With your online store, I would be looking at uploading product images, product specifications, and product descriptions, setting up payment options, setting up inventory management platforms setting up gift certificates and coupons, and ensuring your refund policies are clear and up to date on the site. Once set up I can look after coupon data entry, process returns and exchanges, issue refunds, manage inventory, manage the payment systems, liaise with suppliers and other contractors, and reply to customer service questions.
Other ad-hoc duties
I am sure there are other tasks that need to be done, like setting agendas, taking minutes and typing up these minutes, and distributing them to all parties required. I can sort out online files sorting them, so they are easier to find.
