My once-a-year post to confirm I am still alive and still working 🙃

Thank you to my wonderful clients in 2025 for keeping me busy, inspired and employed. I’m incredibly grateful while juggling mum life and running our farm.

As 2025 wraps up, here are 5 things I’m grateful for:

1️⃣ My incredible clients — thank you for trusting me with your marketing, your brands and occasionally my sanity. I genuinely love working with you.
2️⃣ The thoroughbred industry — marketing is much easier when you’re working with subject matter you genuinely love.
3️⃣ The extraordinary community I get to work in — supportive, generous and full of genuinely good humans.
4️⃣ Running a marketing business alongside mum life and farm life — equal parts strategy, school drop-offs and controlled/uncontrolled chaos.
5️⃣ Getting to keep doing work I truly love — good people, good horses (and my amazing new farm-side office).

See you all in 2026 ✌️

Project Recap - Golden Slipper Dreaming

The Golden Slipper has been a favourite of mine since I was a little girl. It is a true spectacle of two-year-old racing, showcasing the potential of many future sires and champion horses in the making.

As we prepare for the 2025 running this Saturday, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible piece I had the privilege of planning and producing last year. It truly captures the essence of what the Golden Slipper means to Australian racing.

When asked about the most important race in Australia, G*i Waterhouse summed it up perfectly, "There's one, the Golden Slipper."

Project 11: Country Championships Flashback - Clearly Innocent - Filming & Video Production
Client: Scone Race Club

Everybody loves a story about an underdog, and Clearly Innocent is one of those incredible tales of our industry. A horse with a plague of issues from early on, he was never really destined for the track, but patience can be a wonderful cure, and for his connections, it paid off in spades. It started with a win in the Country Championships, but he even went further and achieved a Group 1 victory in the Kingsford-Smith. But the best part of all is that he now spends his days of retirement back where he was born and raised at Cressfield.

In the past few months, Tubba Williams has been the talk of the industry, let alone the Scone Race Course. His incredible journey to return to the saddle has been nothing short of remarkable. I have seen him achieve many big life goals, but you could tell this one was extra special, and I was thrilled to capture a tiny snippet on behalf of the race club.

Project 8: Australia At Ascot - Campaign concept

The great Australian Ascot story stems back 20 years when Choisir won the King's Stand and Golden Jubilee in the same year and paved the path for other Austalian horses to follow suit. Attending a Royal Ascot meeting during my travels overseas was a huge thrill, so this campaign was such a joy to put together. 🎩
