In a world where people are more wary of hyper-crafted social media marketing posts, don’t be afraid to show your business as it is.

On the left we have a professional, painstakingly crafted post by an established “Influencer”. On the right: REALITY!

While high quality photos are important to represent your product and services on your website and printed assets, don’t be afraid to post raw and real shots taken on your phone.

The less polished, the more believable, the higher chance you’ll make an impact and get a real world result from your posts.

Don’t be afraid to forget the filter and focus on the facts.

Reviews matter - but don’t get hung up on the negative ones. Yes, respond to them, but don’t argue in the thread. Take it offline by requiring the reviewer’s email or phone number. Chances are they’ll back down and back off.
