AI Dayz x Films for Good.
Two days. One cause. Real food for very deserving doggos.
This internal experiment was created by our cinematographer Rhys, inspired by Lyka and the idea that beloved pets deserve better than mystery pellets from the sadness cupboard.
Not a commissioned Lyka project, just a fast AI-assisted creative sprint from our team. We have created commissioned work for Lyka previously, but this one was made for AI Dayz.

Magnific for image generation
Kling for animation
ElevenLabs for voice
Epidemic Sound for music
DaVinci Resolve for grade, ambience and polish
AI-assisted.
Human-led.
Made in two days.

This week’s Films for Good feature: Western Queensland Drought Appeal.
WQDA supports rural and remote communities across Western Queensland through drought, flood and natural disaster.
Not in a vague “thoughts and prayers and a hashtag” kind of way.
In a practical way.
Get support in.
Get it where it is needed.
Keep it local where possible.
Help communities keep going.
We created this animation for them a little while back, and it is exactly the kind of work we mean when we talk about Films for Good.
Not just because of the video.
Because of the organisation behind it.
Good work deserves to be seen.

Teaching.
Supporting.
Fundraising.
Building trust.
Strengthening communities.
Trying to make something better.

We call it Films for Good.
Good causes still need good craft.

If the work matters, the story should too.

Really enjoyed bringing this one to life for Sundale.
They do meaningful work, and we wanted the animation to reflect that, warm, calm, welcoming, and centred on real human experience.
We’re drawn to projects like this. Work that helps shine a light on organisations doing good in the world.

Is it cocky if it’s true? One of our senior motion designers has DOMINATED the node ident comp in recent years. At this point it’s just not fair. Congrats Kel!
