Very exciting opportunity to join our team!

Coastal Coasters is expanding again! We are looking for an experienced Mid-Weight Pre-Press / Graphic Designer to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be apart of one of Australia’s leading print companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
· Assisting with administrative tasks in the design office
· Assisting with logistics (creating freight labels, booking pickups, following tracking details)
· Designing advertising materials for a wide range of clients (from plumbers, hairdressers, funeral homes, breweries, pubs & much much more!)
· Following orders at all stages (from quote acceptance, to adding into job management system, artwork generation, pre-press, printing & shipping)
· Setting up artwork for digital, dye-sublimation & lithographic print production
· Ordering paper stocks / die formes / print consumables
· Digital Printing using the Konica Minolta AccurioPress C3080 (all training provided)
· Creating die formes & templates for new digital print ranges
· Communicating clearly and confidently at all levels with customers, internal staff, suppliers & couriers, on a daily basis.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE/HAVE:
· Fluent in English
· Relevant qualifications in graphic design or pre-press
· At least 2 years experience in a design or print agency
· A portfolio displaying your design skills
· Must be computer literate, with experience in MYOB advantageous
· Outstanding communication and time management skills
· Attention to detail, reliability and accuracy are essential as this is a position where other staff members rely upon your accuracy and competency.
