Role Title: Experienced PPC & SEO Specialist
Part Time â 3 Days per week. Open to freelancers and sole-trading creatives.
See the Label Digital Agency is seeking a highly motivated & passionate PPC & SEO specialist to join our growing digital marketing team.
Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting a dynamic role, managing the advertising and organic growth for a variety of B2B & B2C clients.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads), and LinkedIn Ads.
In addition, you will need to develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic & revenue for our broad range of clients. This will include performing on-page and off-page SEO optimisation, including keyword analysis & content improvements/ strategy.
You will be collaborating with our design team, strategic marketing director and a range of clients.
About you:
Youâre an experienced PPC + SEO specialist with proven experience and track record in account optimisation & revenue growth.
Youâll be across the latest digital trends but can strategically adapt your style as needed across a broad range of different clients and industries. This will require critical, strategic, and creative thinking.
After 3 months in this role, youâll be able to seamlessly jump between client projects and truly understand their unique requirements for optimisation.
Requirements for this role:
⢠Proven experience managing (Facebook, Google, Instagram and LinkedIn ads).
⢠Portfolio showcasing previous successful campaigns.
⢠Melbourne-based (Role will be office-based for first 3 months)
To succeed in this role, you will understand the importance of:
⢠Understanding of PPC metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS)
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⢠developing ad copy that aligns with the unique nature of the ad platforms
⢠Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
⢠Critical thinking: engineering creative solutions to tasks at hand.
⢠Collaboration: working together in creating solutions that align with client expectations.
⢠Consistency: attention to the smaller details and maintaining continuity across content.
⢠Authenticity: no copy/paste. Our clients are unique with their own specific needs and values.
⢠Reputation: our clients are at the top of their game; maintenance of integrity and reputation is a key priority for our clients.
Required technical skills and proficiencies:
⢠Proficiency in using Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads interfaces and tools.
⢠Proficiency in using SEMrush & Google Search Console tools.
⢠Proficiency with Google Merchant Centre & Google My Business
⢠Conversion attribution setup & optimisation
⢠Proficient in Mac Operating systems
Desirable (but not essential) skills and experience:
⢠Familiarisation with Looker Studio, Whatagraph, SWYDO or Supermetrics (or similar) data dashboards
⢠HTML, CSS, Schema Markup languages
⢠Shopify, Wordpress backend knowledge
⢠Programmatic DSP & Marketing Automation Platforms
