✈️SENIOR TRAVEL CONSULTANT
Full time position (Monday to Friday only)
We are seeking a passionate, Senior Travel Consultant with excellent customer service skills and strong product knowledge.

**YOUR TYPICAL DAY
You will be responsible for creating and booking International and Domestic holiday packages, Cruises, Flights and ancillary products. Work with a friendly team with a passion for travel. Maintain and develop the agency client base.
**DO YOU TICK THESE BOXES
- Minimum 2 years travel industry experience
- Strong product/destination knowledge
- Proven selling skills
- Strong customer focus
- Well developed people skills
- Very strong computer literacy skills
- CRM database proficiency
- Excellent GDS skills (GALILEO an advantage)

✈️ OFFICE ADMINISTRATION SALES ASSISTANT - Full Time Position (Monday to Friday only)
This role will be the first point of contact for our clients, requiring a professional and personable phone manner and friendly positive personality, clear email correspondence, and the ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
**YOUR TYPICAL DAY
In addition to client customer service, this role will be to assist our travel consultants with preparing client travel documents, doing online client check-ins for flights and cruises, adding new client information to the CRM data base and booking appointments. Training also available for the right candidate to assist in booking domestic travel only.
You must be able to cope in a high pressure, busy and fast moving work environment. However attention to detail and accuracy is paramount to this role.

- Prior experience in a Customer Service role preferred
