One brief can spark a LOT of questions around here. 🧠

That’s the beauty of bringing different specialists to the table. Where one person sees a website challenge, another sees an SEO opportunity, a content story or a campaign waiting to happen.

Different expertise. Same business goal. That’s what full-service should actually mean.

Marketing moves quickly, and part of our job is making sure we’re moving with it.

Our team is constantly testing new tools, platform features and smarter ways of working, figuring out what genuinely improves our work (and what’s just hype).

Here’s what’s currently getting a workout across the TCC team. 👉

Every brand starts with a blank page. 📖

For Storybrooke Education , we got to be there from the very beginning.

A new business needed more than a logo and a website. It needed an identity, a digital presence and the foundations to enter the market looking and feeling like a brand that already knew exactly who it was.

So, our team helped bring Storybrooke to life from scratch, turning an idea into a brand ready to meet its audience.

From the strategic thinking behind the brand to the way it looks, feels and shows up online, this is one of those projects that shows just how much goes into building a business before the world ever sees it.

And we have to admit, there’s something pretty special about seeing a brand go from a blank page to the real thing. ✨

From finalists to winners 🏆

Turns out, you don’t need the biggest budget to make the biggest impact.

Last week, the TCC team headed down to Sydney for the Australian Marketing Institute Awards and came home winners of the Small Budget Campaign category! ✨

We’re incredibly proud of the team behind the work and very happy to have made a little extra room in the carry-on for this one.

We spend a lot of our lives at work.

We sit in meetings, share deadlines, send messages, have a laugh and ask “how are you?” without always stopping for the answer.

Today is a reminder to make that question mean something.

You don’t need to have the perfect advice or know how to fix what someone is going through. Sometimes, being genuinely present and making space for an honest answer is enough to start an important conversation.

And while today gives us the reminder, checking in shouldn’t be something we save for one day a year. 💛

Ask. Listen. And mean it.

Plot twist: the biggest question at an AI event wasn’t about AI.
It was: “How do I use AI without losing ‘me’?”

And after a day at Canva AI Vision, that’s the bit we’re still thinking about.
Because when everyone has access to the same tools, the differentiator probably isn’t who can generate the most.

We’re all for AI at TCC. We use it, test it, challenge it and learn from it.
But we don’t want it to do our thinking for us.

Maybe the future of AI isn’t about becoming more artificial. It’s about getting better at the human bit.

Kinda chic to jump on a trend. Even more chic to know when not to. 👀

Trends can earn attention, create a moment of relatability, and, when there’s genuine search interest around them, even support discoverability.

But the goal isn’t to make every trending format fit your brand. It’s knowing which ones give you something relevant to say, and which ones are better left on your personal FYP.

We gave this one the green light. 😉

Alt Text: TCC team members feature in a “Kinda chic” carousel exploring smart marketing choices, from standing out and creating scroll-stopping content to outsourcing strategically. The final slide asks whether every trend is worth following, encouraging brands to choose trends that genuinely fit their strategy.

September already?! 👀

Q4 has a habit of arriving quickly, so now is the time to check what’s working, fix what isn’t and get ahead of the end-of-year rush.

Consider this your marketing reminder to look back, look ahead and get planning ✅

Alt Text: Orange TCC carousel sharing a practical Q4 marketing checklist, covering performance reviews, campaign planning, digital optimisation and preparation for 2027. It encourages businesses to use the final quarter strategically, rather than waiting until the new year to plan.
