A few weeks ago, our team spent time on Hamilton Island thanks to the incredible team at ALANI EXPERIENCE who created the most memorable way to celebrate our milestone of 5 years in business!
Five years gives you plenty of time to learn, adapt and rethink what you thought you knew. There have been challenges, unexpected turns and plenty of lessons along the way.
1 - Quality wins. Every single time. Do fewer things, do them exceptionally well, and let the work speak for itself.
2 - The standard you set becomes the reputation you earn. Every interaction, every piece of work, and every member of your team reflects your business before anyone becomes a client.
3 - Understand the why. The better you can understand the problem, the better you can solve it. The strongest work comes from looking beyond the brief and getting to the heart of what a business actually needs.
4 - The people matter as much as the work. You’ll spend more time with them than your own family. Choose them wisely.
5 - Celebrate the wins. Just because you have bigger goals to achieve, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t celebrate how far you’ve come.
