Change.. let's look at it differently? Like a delicious donut. Yes a donut is a donut, but it can evolve into something that can be more desirable than perhaps it was. Plain donut, to iced then even add sprinkles, injectables, merge with a croissant to make a cronut...what's the point in this?

While change is very easily recognised at the moment, we wanted to highlight that change actually happens to healthy businesses ongoing and always. Imagine your business is a plain cinnamon donut - it's time to add the icing!!

Those who show a fluid nature in business will succeed most. Change is healthy, staying rigid during change is not healthy (donuts unfortunately perhaps also not healthy ๐Ÿ˜ญ).

But while you may be heavily focused on your external communication right now, remember your internal communication is just as important.

๐Ÿง MARKETING TIP: Take advantage of social media. ๐Ÿคณ

Social media has emerged as a powerful and effective way for businesses to communicate with customers, yet what often goes overlooked is how effective it can be at improving workplace communication. Does your company have a page? A Twitter account? Are you on Instagram? With social media, employees can like, comment, and share interesting information that relates to your organisation.

Have you tried an internal closed Facebook Group for employees? Or a private chat through your closed Facebook group? Approaches like these will go a long way toward creating meaningful conversations at work and outside of work, while merging relationship-building with your businessโ€™s goals and philosophies. It's a great idea to help improve employee connection for those companies adapting work from home policies.
