Bronte Cresswell from Dash of Milk Agency spoke about the power of digital branding and social media, and then John from ALL COAST TYRE Solutions Yandina talked about the art of business longevity.

One of the best things about last week’s workshop was GROWTH. 🌱

Upon seeing drawing supplies when entering the session, there was a chorus of “oh but I can’t draw!” and “I won’t be able to do this!” etc. Fast forward to the end of the workshop, and everyone was so pleased with their creation, and many also commented that they wanted to draw more, and connect more with their creativity.

Today we ran our first ever Saìge Session, a lunchtime art workshop, as a belated International Women’s Day treat for the ladies of 92.7 Mixfm & 91 9 Sea FM. 🌱

We’re so passionate about reintroducing creativity into corporate environments. Countless studies show the positive effects of art in mindfulness & stress relief. 🙂 Art therapy has been widely practiced for many, many years, both formally in a therapeutic context, and informally among those who simply feel better when they draw. Why not treat your team, and create a more positive workplace as well!

We were thrilled to help the Breaking the stigma team create a website for their 2019 Calendar launch earlier this year. Breaking The Stigma aims to raise awareness around men's mental health, especially in tradies. Their calendar, which you can purchase via their website, raises funds for Beyond Blue.
