We’re proud to support and 2025 ANZAC Day campaign. This year marks 110 years since Australian and New Zealand soldiers landed on the Gallipoli Peninsula in Turkey on April 25, 1915.

We've shared this message on Tonic televisions and digital panels in GP waiting rooms and pharmacies across Australia, spreading the ANZAC spirit and encouraging Aussies to attend their local dawn service. Lest we forget.

Last week, our Sydney team dedicated a day to giving back to the community through a heartwarming volunteer initiative with ReLove. We rolled up our sleeves and joined hands to support ReLove's mission of providing essential furniture to those in crisis, empowering them to rebuild their lives and homes with dignity and agency.

It was a humbling and deeply fulfilling experience for our team to be a part of this meaningful cause, witnessing firsthand the profound impact that small acts of kindness can have on someone's life. We're grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing of those in need, thank you ReLove for the incredible work you do!

We are excited to introduce The Third Act – an initiative dedicated to the health and wellbeing of women aged 40 and over. Nearly of Australian women over 40 feel invisible, it’s time to bring their voices and the issues that affect them into the spotlight.

Each month, we will share content across our GP waiting room screens, pharmacy screens, and online channels, shedding light on health and wellbeing issues facing this demographic. Our evidence-based content covers topics like menopause and perimenopause, skin and hair health, insomnia and sleep hygiene, financial health, bone health, and mental health – addressing the topics that are often left unspoken.

Let's empower and celebrate the strength of women.

Today we're celebrating International Mother Language Day, this day recognises that language, multilingualism, and education can advance inclusion.

Reaching over 1 million members of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities each month, we witness the profound impact language has on understanding, empowerment, and health outcomes. We bridge the gap by delivering trusted health information in various languages, ensuring everyone feels seen, heard, and equipped along their health journey.

Today is the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the brilliant minds shaping our tomorrow and serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of encouraging women and girls to pursue careers in STEM fields. We're particularly inspired by our board member, Tess van der Rijt. With a career spanning healthcare operations, policy and reform, and the founder of healthtech companies, she embodies the strength of diversity in STEM. As she aptly states, "STEM is all about innovation and striving to do things better. How can we possibly achieve that without diversity of thought and perspectives?"

Her message resonates deeply. We must break down barriers early, challenging limiting beliefs - she acknowledges that even as parents, the toys we choose to give our daughters and sons can influence their interests and perception of their potential.

Tess further highlights the need for role models and equal opportunities. " We have an obligation to model what female leadership in STEM looks like" she says, referencing the stark reality that just 3% of total venture capital went to all-women-founded tech startups in 2022 (The State of Australian Startup Funding Report 2023).

Let’s celebrate Tess and the women like her who are paving the way. By sparking the science flame in young minds and fighting for an even playing field, we can build a future where science thrives on the power of diversity.

Shining a light on Kat Orlowski, our Head of Data and Insights, whose transformative impact over the last 18 months has turned Tonic into a dynamic data-driven force. Kat doesn't just navigate complex data, she crafts compelling narratives that breathe life into our campaigns, elevate ROI, and tangibly improve health outcomes for all Australians.

Kat's dedication to health and wellbeing goes beyond data and insights and as she aptly describes it, "Life's a balancing act, and I juggle it with loved ones, laughter, and a bit of sweat." Amidst the chaos, she carves out time to learn Auslan with her five-year-old, adding to her unique skill set and enriching the diversity of our team.

We're truly lucky to have Kat on our team, driving us to include evidence in our conversations and always back our statistics with credible sources.

“Tonic's mission to improve health outcomes for all Australians really drives me. Every day, I know I'm contributing to something bigger than myself, making a tangible difference in people's lives.”

Empowered consumers, informed choices, healthier outcomes. That's what we're all about.

We believe the journey from GP orders to pharmacy shelves shouldn't be confusing. That's why provide targeted information and evidence-based health content, right where it matters most.

While waiting to see their GP, consumers are exposed to our screens displaying trusted and recommended products and their benefits, alongside editorial health and wellbeing content. We actively reduce confusion and anxiety at the pharmacy by facilitating informed decisions and confident purchases.

We're not just displaying ads; our editorial content is bridging the gap between their GP’s advice and practical action. We're empowering consumers to take control of their health journey with greater ease and confidence.
