1,200 creators. One day. Sold out.

We built Fujifilm Creator Summit 2026 from the ground up; concept, identity, production, the lot. The brief was simple: make it feel like a movement, not a conference.

The Timber Yard delivered.

A dictionary that taught you how to do your skincare. Turns out, people wanted that.Ā

For , BEA transformed a Martin Place precinct into The Ordinary Dictionary; a library inspired popup that guided guests through an A-Z of ingredients, blending education with playful, minimalist design.

Every corner was built with purpose; from interactive displays and hidden product moments to the Bookmark Booth, which generated over 4,000 individual photos across two days.

The final build matched the renders. The queues spoke for themselves.

Swipe to see it come to life.

Skincare knowledge, reimagined as a destination.

The Ordinary asked us to make their ingredient science something people would queue for. The answer was a library; tactile, educational and entirely self directed.

An A–Z of actives displayed like reference books. The Human Dictionary, where brand educators sat one-on-one with guests. A ā€œStop Overpaying for Skincareā€ wall loud enough to stop foot traffic on Martin Place. A Matcha Bar designed not to rush anyone.

Over 4,000 people through the doors across two days; many of them stopping mid commute, most of them staying far longer than expected.

This wasn’t a product showcase. It was a reason to stay.

4,039 guests. Two days. Zero chill.

The Ordinary Dictionary brought skincare education to the streets of Martin Place; a library inspired popup designed to make complex ingredient science feel as accessible as looking something up.

From an A–Z of actives to one-on-one consultations with brand educators, every touchpoint was built to reward curiosity. The Matcha Bar kept guests longer than they planned. The Bookmark Booth sent 4,093 printed keepsakes home. 2,500 Hyaluronic Acid samples distributed, queues sustained through rain and right past the final giveaway.

Proud to have partnered with to bring this one to life, from concept to final guest.

Education led. Beautifully considered. Built to be shared.

Google Beach Club 🌊

A full venue takeover at the beautifully reimagined Watsons Bay Hotel, where sweeping harbour views and coastal light set the scene for a modern summer celebration.

Relaxed yet refined, the space was transformed into Google’s vibrant interpretation of an iconic beach day; effortless, sun-drenched, and unmistakably bold. ā˜€ļø

Google Beach Club was brought to life through a bespoke key visual created by BEA, anchoring the entire brand world.

Supported by Nano Banana AI-generated campaign imagery, the identity carried seamlessly across every touchpoint; from handheld fans and beach balls to large format prints, staff uniforms, napkins, coasters, pizza liners and the gelato cart, transforming functional details into cohesive, high impact brand moments.

An AI powered photo booth completed the experience, transporting guests into Amalfi inspired dreamscapes and blending innovation with effortless summer escapism. šŸŒŠā˜€ļø

Beach club elegance met creative experimentation.

With abundant hospitality, layered entertainment, and a soundtrack that built beautifully into sunset, Google Beach Club was more than an event, it was a curated moment of connection.

Proud to have partnered with Google to concept and produce the experience from first idea to final note.

From The Depot to the coastline.

Guests were welcomed with their own Thermos ICON mug in hand before joining a guided Bondi to Bronte walk, led by Guy and Heather. Stories were shared. Perspectives shifted.

The morning concluded with a beautifully styled brunch on the rocks, featuring a live cooking moment and seasonal dishes served in the ICON Series.

Movement. Nourishment. Community. The perfect environment to launch a product built for the outdoors.

Sunrise. Salt air. ICON status.

To launch the Thermos ICON Series, BEA created Balance, by Bondi, an immersive coastal experience celebrating performance, durability and a life well lived outdoors.

Hosted by and champion marathoner Heather Turland, the morning brought together movement, storytelling and connection in one of Australia’s most iconic settings.

This wasn’t just a product launch. It was a reminder that wellness is a rhythm, not a routine.
