Have you ever sat in your car and thought why is the rear vision mirror so small and the the windscreen is so big?

It’s because your future is bigger then your past!
Keep moving forward and forget about what has happened behind you!

Starting to think in this way as of recent and it’s started to help me realise the man I’ve become!

I MET THIS BEAST TODAY! 🦍

What a weekend it has been!
Travel away with family to see more family for some birthdays, how exciting!

Explored beaches!
Headland walks!
Fishing!
Met some beautiful butterfly’s!
And still managed to get my workouts in every mornings the gym!

This was the weekend I needed to help me find more of that balance I talked about earlier!

Also! Give yourself time to heal!

Did you know that life is all about balance?

If you aren’t in control of the balance in your life, it will spiral down and become out of hand!

To control the balance you have to think about it and plan for things that suit or work for you!

Balance can be mistaken for timing, but timing can be used well with balance for example;
Plan things in perfect time that suits you.
That is where the timing comes in, putting things into place where and when they work for you!

I want you to make it your mission to go out an enjoy the out doors on weekends and your time off!
I couldn’t think of anything worse then lounging around all day and not being productive!
Most people use their time off to wind down and prepare for the week ahead, worrying about how stressful it’s going to be!
I focus my freedom on exploring, running, being active, seeing beautiful views!

It’s crazy to think people never get out of there house and explore or adventure!
Heres a photo of me being out and about, I love it!
Especially running or walking from Bondi to Bronte or even to Coogee, life is great!
