We've been very quiet. We know. That's about to change!

The last twelve months have been genuinely jam packed - professionally and personally. Business happens. Life happens - the good, and the challenging. All at the same time!

Behind the scenes, The Marketing Department and I haven't slowed down. Not even a bit! If anything, it's been one of our busiest stretches yet. We've continued growing over the past six years, and this past year we've been making some real strategic moves - the kind that don't necessarily show up online or social media, but absolutely shape what comes next for us.

We're not ready to share all of it yet. But I wanted to say: we're here, I am here, we're building, and I look forward to showing you what we've been working on.

$25,000+ Raised. Ran 207.92km in 24hrs. The power and genuine care of a local community.

Huge congratulations to The Refinery Studio Castle Hill for organising and leading a 24-hour treadmill charity challenge. The event brought an entire community together for two causes that matter - raising funds for the Make Bullying History Foundation, and providing direct support to a local family going through an incredibly tough time.

Massive thanks also to our client Sydney Premium Plumbing alongside the other generous local businesses who backed this from the start.

Taking part in something like this means a lot. It's a reminder of what's possible when businesses and community show up for each other.

Itā€™s almost time to celebrate, rest and recharge! šŸŽ„

The Marketing Department will be taking time to pause and spend quality time with family and friends from December 22 and will return on January 5.

Itā€™s been a HUGE year, and we canā€™t wait to celebrate it with as many of you as possible as we move closer to Christmas.

Nothing says Christmas more than spending time giving back. Our team was focused and ready to help with thousands of presents, supporting Operation Christmas Child, .

We spent the day helping pack shoebox gifts filled with toys, school supplies, clothes and hygiene items for children living in vulnerable circumstances around the world. Each box a simple, practical way to share care and joy.

What made it especially meaningful was hearing firsthand from people who received one of these boxes as children. Their stories were a powerful reminder that small acts of kindness travel a long way and can sit with someone for a lifetime.

Australia and New Zealand alone sent more than 211,000 shoeboxes last year, reaching children in places like Cambodia, the Philippines, Fiji, the Solomon Islands, and Ukraine.

Heading into the holiday season we're feeling grateful and energised by what we can do when people from all walks of life show up together.

We wish all of these children a very Merry Christmas!

This manuscript, written by the very amazing Donna McGeorge is an accumulation of wisdom and experience in life and business - for us as individuals, as business owners, as leaders, as mums, dads - it's way of thinking - for everyone.
