Dear customers,
Many of you know that since earning my pilot’s licence, I’ve been working towards starting my career in aviation. Over the past few months, I’ve been fortunate to log many hours in the air, including an incredible flight up to Horn Island and across Queensland.
I’m incredibly proud and excited to share that I’ve been offered a pilot position in Darwin and after my probation period, I will most likely be posted to Arnhem Land. It’s an amazing opportunity and I’m really looking forward to the experiences and challenges ahead. After a big 4,200km road trip, I’ve officially made it to the Northern Territory!
With this new chapter beginning, I’ll be stepping away from the day-to-day running of DBSDesigns - a business you have all helped me grow over the past four years. I honestly can’t thank you enough for the support you’ve shown me and our small business community, especially since I started DBSDesigns at just 16 years old.
The good news is that DBSDesigns isn’t going anywhere! My mum, Belinda who has been part of the journey from the very beginning will be taking over operations. It will be business as usual and I’ll still be supporting her behind the scenes (thank goodness for FaceTime!).
I truly hope you’ll continue to support DBSDesigns as it moves into this next chapter. I’m so proud of what we’ve built together and I can’t wait to see it continue to grow and thrive.
