Do you have imposter syndrome and struggle to show up online? Swipe Right & read my top tips ✔️➡️

1) Become a expert at the topics you want to educate others about.

More then likely you feel like an imposter because you don’t know enough or don’t know if what you’re saying is correct - go out and learn more about it until you become REALLY good so you never need to second guess what you put out on your socials.

2) Understand that people will judge you regardless so you might as well do what you truly want.

3) Look at the clients you have now - imagine they didn’t hire you, where would their health and fitness be?
How many people have you positively impacted as a coach so far? Probably quite a lot.

Know that there are still SO many people out there that need your help, put yourself out there so that they can find you. Don’t hold yourself back.

4) Work on your mindset, this is a non negotiable - your mind doesn’t want you to succeed and will play tricks on you about and tell you BS like you’re not good enough, you’re going to fail or you can’t do something - work on your mindset by hiring an mentor, reading books, visualising or doing affirmations.

5) The truth is no one really gives a f**k as much as you do so just post it 😉

KNOW YOUR NUMBERS

Everyone wants their business to grow but very few actually know their numbers (and even avoid it entirely)

Understand your finances... this is something I was terrible at when I first started business and my bank account was a reflection of that.

I didn't know how much was coming in weekly.

I didn't know who owed me money and who still had to pay me (lol)

I didn't know what my business expenses were monthly.

I didn't know if next month I was going to make sales or not.

I had NO idea, until I understood my numbers.

Ask yourself what is the 2022 revenue goal for your business?

Forecast how much you will make it a year, whats coming in weekly, monthly and quarterly.

Stop treating your business like a hobby, If you want to make money in your business, it should NOT a hobby.

One thing I always ask my clients is "How much do you want to make this year?"

Lets say your goal is to make 100k a year...
..and you sell your program for $100 a week for 12 weeks that's $1200, you will need 85 sales in a year to make over 100k in revenue, that's approximately 8 program sales a month which is 2 a week - now you've actually got a goal to work backwards from.

How do you sign up 2 clients a week?

Ask yourself these questions:
- How fast do I want these clients, do I want to spend time marketing organically or spend money on paid ads to get a faster result?
- How much time do I need to dedicate to marketing so I make 2 sales a week?
- Do I have the capacity to service that many clients without burning out and give them the support they need and paid for, or do I need to increase my prices and charge more and take on less clients?

See how from understanding your numbers you can now create a strategy on how to achieve your goals as well as how much time you will need to dedicate into your business in order to make it happen.

Set a goal, have a clear roadmap of how you're going to hit it and as long as you keep putting in the work, the goal you've set for yourself will more than likely come into fruition sooner than you expect.

One of the best skills you can ever learn for your business is how to write good copy.

If you know how to write copy well, you can influence your audience and pretty much sell anything.

Most people go about trying to write copy but get it wrong by focusing too much on trying to sound super smart & getting waaaay too technique and the reality is…

…people will just scroll past and not read your stuff if it confuses them or it’s boring.

So make sure you master the skill of copywriting so people never forget you.

“How can I get better at writing copy?”

Here are 3 tips to help you write copy SO good, people literally stalk your socials waiting for the next post because your content is THAT good. 😉

WIIFM - Always ask yourself this, WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME, what’s in it for your audience to stop scrolling and invest their time into reading what you have to say? WHAT is the actual value their going to get? Understanding that humans are emotionally driven and they only do things for these reasons > more money, romance, self preservation & recognition - how is your content you write pesurading them to take the next step with you?

Make sure your content shifts people’s limiting beliefs and perspective - give your audience the shifts THEY need to exchange value with you. The best way to actually do this is through storytelling and using everyday real life examples that your audience can relate to so they make a connection between what you’re saying and their current beliefs and reality.

Give your followers something NEW to read - When you give ppl something new to read, meaning you’re not just repeating the same stuff everyone hears in your industry over again and you’re introducing a unique mechanism, dopamine goes off in your prospects brain and they begin to want to hear more from you because they make a connection with you being the person who can solve their problems.

People always ask what motivates me?

Honestly it’s my clients.

Knowing that what I’m creating is helping someone have more freedom, abundance and ultimately do something they are incredibly passionate about, continues to drives me to show up every single day.

Running a business isn’t easy, anyone who has a business can relate to this, some days you feel like you’ve got it all together and other days you need 3 large coffees, more then 5 hours of sleep & wondering if you should give up 🤣

But what makes it all worth it?

Waking up and getting messages like these daily from my clients

“I’ve hired another coach and my husband is going to quit his full time job to help me in the business.”

“I can’t believe people are willing to pay double what I use to charge haha”

“I’ve just signed up 3 new people all while on holidays cooking tacos and watching the kids in the pool! How goods living?”

“What am I going to do with all this money I’m making?”

“WTF, that’s insane I have never imagined EVER doing this well, beyond what I thought I was capable of EVER.”

The biggest misconception in the coaching industry? People believing after they've invested in a coach all the work is done because now they've paid someone, the results will just appear.

That's why you see coaches jumping into the next course, mastermind or from mentor to mentor and still get no results.

The truth is...there is no such thing as an "overnight success" and if anyone tries to sell you it... run lol.

I'm not saying that when someone joins a program they can't get immediate results after a few weeks because they absolutely can, but heres what a lot of business coaches won't tell you about when it comes to success stories...

Their client...

- They more then likely already had a huge audience to begin with
- They were already getting leads but charging too low so the business could never make money
- Running really fast but running in the wrong direction

All of the above ^^ are only small changes one needs to implement for the business to really begin to grow.

A client that is starting from complete scratch though with no audience, no authority or validated offer?

Sometimes they need 3+ months before they start repping the rewards

Meaning they could post consistently for months, put in ALL the work and only on the 4th month is when their business begins to blow up...
..often they think it was "just luck" or a good month but in reality they put in the work and were consistent even when they didn't see an immediate return.

Just like training in the gym, after one session you won't see results but keep going for 3 months and see what changes happen.

Commit to your goals and put in the work now and I promise your business will grow significantly in 2022.
