There’s a huge AI push happening right now online and it is being marketed like it will solve all your problems.

AI tools make already competent people more productive.

It doesn’t make a beginner competent.

AI still needs someone to prompt it and you need to have the marketing skill to be able to do that.

It is true that in the future, it is likely that many jobs will be automated or replaced by artificial intelligence.

Entrepreneurs are the ones who will thrive in these times, because they are creators.

They are constantly looking for new opportunities and ways to innovate, and they are willing to take risks to bring their ideas to life.

The ability to create and innovate will be crucial in the AI revolution, and entrepreneurs, with their drive and resourcefulness, are well-positioned to succeed in this new environment.

The one skill an entrepreneur needs is marketing … If you learn this skill, you will be set up to build any business in the future.

Did you know that only 3% of people in your market are ready to hear about your offer?

What does this mean?

If you build a system for only those people, then you fail to tap into the 97% of people who are unaware and aware of the problem, but are simply uneducated about why it is affecting them.

There are 5 levels of customer awareness.

Unaware - Don't know they have a problem worth solving.

Problem Aware - Sense they have a problem, but don't know there is a solution.

Solution Aware - Know the results they want, but don't know your product provides it.

Product Aware - Know what you sell, but aren't sure it's right for them.

Most Aware - Repeat buyers and loyal customers who refer you to their friends.

You need to give preference to hot and warm leads, and move prospects through the stages.

We recommend building your whole system to target Problem Aware to Solution Aware people and educate them on your unique method, you and your product.

Say whaaat?

Don’t act like you haven’t heard it before.

Failure actually SAVES time. The quicker you fail, the quicker you learn. The learning curve with failure is much steeper, meaning you will get to where you want to go in much less time.

So don’t ever be afraid of failure. What you should fear more is not moving at all.

Don’t go throwing spears in the water, or you will scare all the fish away.

If you know what type of fish you are catching, where they are, and the right bait to use, your perfect fishes will come to you!

How to fish:

Step 1: Target Market. Who are your ideal fish?

Step 2: Traffic source. What pond do they hang out in?

Step 3: Lead Magnet. Create Irresistible Bait that’s short, sweet and helps them become more aware of their problem and helps them solve the problem quickly.

Step 4: Funnel. Draw them into your net or funnel, where they go through a series of steps/content pieces that gets them to take action.

Finally reel them onboard with your No Brainer Offer!

Marketing is a science. It's not personal, it's structural. So don't get emotional when things don't work out.

As scientist, we have to test test test. If you can't measure it, you can't prove it.

If you don't know the structure, how can you possibly know what went wrong? You will end up scratching your head, getting frustrated (emotional) and giving up.

Remember 8 grade science experiments? Aim. Method. Results. Analysis. Conclusion.

Do you have set KPI's?
What concepts are you testing?
Do you have a system?
What are your metrics? Do you know what they mean?

While you are reading this post, your top competitor's ad has been seen by thousands of people on Facebook and Instagram.

There are over 15 million active people on Facebook right now, just in Australia. People with disposable income ready to buy your products and services.

Do your organic methods reach that many people at the moment?

You might be thinking ads are expensive, and you would rather get your leads through free organic traffic.

If you have a good following and are monetizing, you should have the funds to invest in ads and would be silly not to exponentially scale your business.

If you don't have great organic traffic yet, and you think ads are too expensive, then you are playing too small.

When done properly, paid advertising can make you money almost immediately.

Making money is not free. You either pay money to make more money, or you pay with your time.

Remember you can always make back more money. You can never replace the time you have lost.

In the business world TIME = MONEY, so if you're going to spend one, make sure you can earn it back!

Are you confusing your customers?

A confused customer will not move. An informed buyer will take action.

Always remember the 4P's of Clarity plus 1 objection.

1. Person Clarity - who is your IDEAL CUSTOMER

2. Problem Clarity - what is their biggest PROBLEM? What keeps them up at night? What is their current reality? What is their point A?

3. Path Clarity - what is the obvious SOLUTION? What is their desired reality? What is their point B?

4. Path Clarity - what is your UNIQUE METHOD? Your offer is the bridge that will help them get from point A to point B.

What OBJECTIONS might they have? What is stopping them from taking action?

Finally, pack it up in a simple statement - your No Brainer Offer

"I help (IDEAL CUSTOMER) to (solve PROBLEM) by (UNIQUE METHOD) even if (OBJECTION)"

Why do businesses compete on price?

They can't prove the value they offer..

Don't de-value your brand by dropping the price. Add more value, or make sure you are communicating your value clearly.

You need to be able to fully understand your ideal customers, really know their pain points and relate to them to be able to provide them with true value.

If you can't do this, all you can leverage is price.

The best marketers know their target market and learn everything about their customer. They are then able to provide them with VALUE and present them a No Brainer Offer.

Price is no issue when your customer is clear on the value you can provide them 👌

A big mistake businesses make, especially when starting out is to not niche down.

It sounds tempting to dip your hand in every part of your industry, because you will get more customers.

But if you don't have an ideal customer and send a broad message, you are going to end up catering to people better off with someone more experienced in what they want.

When you niche down, you become an expert and you can up your prices and make more money.

Marketing will also be much easier as you only have to market to one ideal customer.

More importantly, customers will come to you, and they will be right customers.
