We definitely felt the shift during iso, when âworkâ attire changed from cute skirt-suits, to activewear (letâs pretend we didnât notice the pyjama bottoms with a shirt, on zoom meetings)

you feel empowered. Youâre likely to be perceived
as âlooking goodâ too. Your posture, voice and
other nonverbal aspects will project positively

SM work (for the most part) is rewarding, but it can be socially exhausting. Dressing well is more than
âa form of good mannersâ sometimes it even helps get us just get through the day (or occasion)

The perfect outfit is what gives an introvert the courage to meet & greet others, where they
normally wouldnât be comfortable to do so
