What some clients say :

"A pleasure to work with. In addition to providing effective and efficient technical support, they are excellent communicators, always adapting their style to suit the audience, which at times is necessary to understand complex digital systems and terminology. Sally and Manon are patient, quick to respond & always have a solution to offer. I highly recommend engaging with Creative Baguette." "My experience working with CB has been an absolute joy. I’ve worked with other companies in the past that were slow, outdated in their approach, and made things confusing. But Sally and Manon are a breath of fresh air. They are professional, fun, honest, and absolute powerhouses with everything they do."

"The process was smooth and the results have been fantastic."

Evolve Chiropractic had two problems that looked like one. The site didn't say clearly what the practice did or how to book. And behind it, onboarding every new client was manual and repetitive, eating time that should have gone to patients.

So the refresh handled both. New photography, new colour palette, a simple clear answer to what do you do and how do I start. Then client forms built into an automated onboarding flow, so new patients get set up without anyone chasing details.

They were worried the new system would be complicated to run. It turned out to be one less thing to manage rather than one more.

More clients in, less admin per client.

A .com.au needs an Australian presence, not just money.

You can't simply buy one. auDA requires the registrant to have a genuine Australian presence: an ABN, an ACN, an ARBN, Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or a matching Australian trade mark.

And the name still has to connect to your business. It can be your business or personal name, an acronym of it, or a product or service you actually offer. It can't be arbitrary. That rule survived the 2021 licensing changes.

Which is why .com.au quietly does something a .com can't. Someone with an Australian presence stood behind it, and somebody checked.

Most people pick a domain in about four seconds and never think about it again. But if you sell to Australians, the .com.au is doing a small amount of trust work on every single visit, for about twenty dollars a year.

Not a reason to rebuild anything. Just a reason to own it, even if you keep using the other one.

Three languages, one week, and a launch date that wasn't moving.

Seela is a life, business and music coaching venture led by an Olympian, with an audience across Italian, English and German. The website was almost finished. Almost.

No room to start over, just enough time to finish it properly. So we adapted our usual tools so they could see changes as they happened and advise on copy and placement in real time, rather than waiting a day per round of revisions.

Content formatted and finished across all three languages, ready for an international audience on day one.

Then three brochures, one per language, each tailored to the culture it was speaking to. Not translated. Tailored.

Not every patient review is banned. Only the clinical ones.

Ahpra's rule is narrower than most practitioners think. A testimonial, in their words, is a positive statement about the clinical aspects of a regulated health service. That is what you can't use in advertising.

What you can use: comments about your reception staff, your communication style, the rooms, the parking, how easy booking was. Ahpra says it plainly, comments about customer service or communication style with no reference to clinical aspects are not testimonials.

So the line isn't "no reviews". It's "nothing about symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, outcomes or clinical skill".

Unsolicited Google reviews are a separate question again. They exist whether you like it or not. What matters is whether you then use them in your own advertising.

Registered practitioners only. Counsellors and psychotherapists sit outside the scheme.

A good firm behind an outdated website.

ADX Accountants didn't need a rebrand. They needed the site to catch up with the firm, and to start attracting the clients they actually wanted rather than whoever happened to land there.

So we rebuilt the design to feel current and specific, aimed at the kind of work they want more of. Not the generic accounting-firm look that makes every practice interchangeable.

Then we designed a brochure to match, so what they hand someone across a table and what they send someone online look like the same business.

Working together since 2022. That's the part worth saying. Not a project handed over and forgotten.

Did you know our founder speaks three languages, has lived in Germany, France and Australia, and has travelled all over the place?

Which sounds very glamorous until you realise it mostly means she can say “your website needs work” in multiple accents.

Very useful. Very international. Très baguette.

PS: she's also represented Australia in not one but 2 sports, how cool is that!?

🥖✨ Some local love, hot off the press…

We’re excited to share that we're a Finalist in the 2025 North Shore Local Business Awards! 🎉

A huge Merci to all of you who voted, supported us, or cheered us on, your belief in what we do means the world. While we’ve had the joy of working with clients from across the globe, we’re especially proud to support and celebrate our local community right here on the North Shore. 💛

At Creative Baguette, we bake websites that rise above the rest and serve them up with a side of tech made simple. No jargon. No drama. Just smart, soulful design that works (and maybe even fun 😉).

📆 We’ll find out if we’ve won on Wednesday 30 July - so stay tuned for the crumbs (er, crumbs of glory).

Until then, we’ll keep doing what we love, bringing good design, smart tech, and a little baguette magic to businesses near and far.
