Many people fail to succeed in Affiliate Marketing because of the lack of guidance.

We DO NOT lack information, because the information is easily available! 📖 💻

What we lack is GUIDANCE! 💁🏽‍♀️

Its like going to a new place for the first time. If you go by yourself, chances are you will get lost 😳.

It is the same in Affiliate Marketing Business for beginners. People spend time and watch videos on Tik Tok, YouTube or Facebook and get excited about the idea 🤩.

Next thing they are on Clickbank and every other Affiliate platforms looking for a link to promote, as per the videos they watched 🤦🏽‍♀️.

What they don't realise is that, that the people on those videos did not get to where they are without any struggles☝️.

As we all know, successful people don’t talk about the struggles they faced on their way up to success and frankly nobody really cares or asks them either.

It’s a TRUE FACT 💯, everyone wants to know how to be successful but nobody wants to know about the challenges they will need to face to be successful 🧐.

Secondly, people are so afraid to invest in themselves. Only because they are afraid to get out of their comfort zones and take some risks. They are scared of failure, and so basically, they gave up before even trying 🤷🏽‍♀️.

Thirdly, is the misconception that Affiliate Marketing is a get rich quick scheme 🙅🏽‍♀️. Most people think that if they promote a link in Facebook group, tik tok, Insta, YouTube or any other social media platforms, someone will see their link and buy and then they will earn thousands of dollars in commissions by tomorrow 🤯.

Then when they realise that, that's not the case, they pick all their marbles and go home and continue with their lives until another person shows up on tik tok , YouTube, or Facebook with their money making story. And this becomes an ongoing cycle, which leaves many Affiliate Marketers struggling or just giving up.

I joined an Affiliate program in February 2022, during this time I was able to connect with many other Affiliate professionals and beginners. I was able to learn about their failures and successes.

When thinking about these successes and failures, I began to ask myself 🤔:

What does it take to become a successful Affiliate? 🤷🏽‍♀️

1. ❤️ Love what you are doing - if your don’t love what you are doing, you will never be successful. This is essential to be able to come up with new ideas and marketing angles.
2. 🧗‍♀️Take baby steps - you can not expect to start earning money within few days of starting Affiliate Marketing. It’s science, you will have to understand the psychology of your customers, understand their behaviours and practice a lot. So it may take anything from a few weeks to months, depending on how quickly you learn.
3. 🤝 Learn from others - this is a important step. Learn from people who know their stuff, stalk your leaders, see what they write about, where they write, how they do things. The best option would be to hire someone to teach you, this will allow you to get their full attention.
4. ❗️Know your product - NEVER promote a product that you have no idea about🙅🏽‍♀️. Do your research, learn what the product is about, what are the advantages and disadvantages, etc.
5. 👩🏽‍💻Be consistent - don’t let failures discourage you on your path to success. Don’t give up, get up and try work out where you went wrong and correct yourself. Those who try and be consistent finally come up with a solution and those who can’t be consistent get left behind and lose track of their path. Love what you are doing and you will definitely find a solution to the problem 👍🏽.
