The KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) help us determine if our ads are successful.

What parts of the KPI determine this?

- The primary one is our CPL (Cost Per Lead). 

- We also like to look at our CPA (Cost Per Acquisition). The CPL and CPA should stay within a certain range for optimal performance (varies by location)

For example, we currently have clinics generating a Cost Per Lead ranging from $5 - $15. 

The Cost Per Acquisition for a clinic could range anywhere between $35-$200 to acquire a $1,000 - $1,500 new patient. 

Let’s take the current acquisition cost of one of our clinics and average patient value. 

Every time clinic x spends $35 they get back $1,020 that is a 29x return on their Investment.

Audiences/Targeting can be tricky, this is where you try to find your ideal patient. It's important to exclude any bad zip codes (areas where your ideal patient would not live). Right now we have Clinics set their targeting between a 10-16 km radius of their clinic location. The best cost per lead comes from testing genders, male vs female

Top Tips

- Create 3 sets of ad copy (so you can split test for performance)
- Use 3-5 New Images every week for the best result (to avoid ad fatigue)
- Also use videos, create 2-3 videos every week
