Insight Sign Group is looking for some metal fabricators to join our team.

Do you have experience in metal fabrication, particularly in the signage industry? This could be for you.

Are you someone who can act as a fabrication all-rounder with experience in sheet metal, aluminium welding (preferred) and steel? Experience with MIG welding, Lightbox fabrication and letter fabrication would be a bonus for this role but training can be provided for the applicant with the right motivation to learn, and become part of our fabrication team.

We would love to be able to teach all other aspects of signage manufacturing as well (CNC, Printing, lighting, etc) to the right person with the right attitude.

About the Role
Due to an increasing portfolio of work, the ideal team member will have knowledge of various manufacturing methods and materials and be able to create design packages with the support of a highly experienced team.

Your role will require engagement with project managers and various manufacturing departments, and a professional mind set with a high level of attention to detail, whilst making consideration to commercial outcomes, and milestones. Further growth opportunities are also available within the company.

Skills Required
- Technical ability in Adobe Illustrator and / or CorelDraw
- Understanding of materials, production and installation processes
- Problem solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player and collaborative attitude
- Interpret plans and drawings
- CAD experience / Solidworks or similar preferred but not required

- Be able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Be well presented
- Be flexible to help other parts of the business from time to time
